Privacy Policy


In this policy, "us", "we" or "our" means Myleisureport Holdings Pty Ltd (ACN 136 765 627) This policy sets out:
what kind of information we collect;
how we collect it;
why we collect it;
how we use it;
how we disclose it;
opting in and out;

how to seek access to and update your personal information; and
how to contact us.
We are bound by the National Privacy Principles contained in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cwth) We may, from time to time, review and update this policy, including to take account of new or amended laws, new technology and/or changes to our operations. In general, the personal information we collect about you includes (but is not limited to) your name, contact details (including phone numbers and addresses) and possibly financial information, including your credit card information. You acknowledge that we cannot control any third party collection or use of your Non-Confidential Information. You agree that we may use and disclose Non-Confidential Information for any purpose and by any means whatsoever.

How we collect it
We may collect your personal information from a variety of sources, including from you, advertisers, and business partners. We may collect your personal information when you request or acquire a product or service from us, register with us as a member, provide a product or service to us, complete a survey or questionnaire, enter a competition or event, participate in our services (including our blogs and forums) or when you communicate with us by e-mail, telephone or in writing. Other than in relation to Non-Confidential Information, we will take all reasonable steps to protect the personal information that we hold from misuse, loss, or unauthorised access, including by means of firewalls, pass word access, secure servers and encryption of credit card transactions. However, you acknowledge that the security of online transactions and the security of communications sent by electronic means or by post cannot be guaranteed. Subject to some exceptions in the Privacy Act, you have the right to seek access to and update the personal information we hold about you. If you make an access request, we will ask you to verify your identity. We may charge a fee to cover the costs of meeting your request. Members of our websites will generally be able to access and update their membership details online. We request that you keep your information as current as possible so that we may continue to improve our service to you. Rules for Advertisers


These rules tell you what you can and cannot put into your advertisement, including titles, descriptions, photos and other extra details, such as payment and delivery information.

Advertising titles and short descriptions
Cannot begin with 'Aaa'
Must start with a capital letter (print ads only)
Cannot contain all UPPERCASE letters
Must not contain the words ‘ONO’ or ‘Negotiable’
Only letters, numbers, spaces, quotations and full stops can be used
Joining words together in your advertising titles and descriptions is prohibited. We reserve the right to cancel or alter an advertisement where words have been combined or altered inappropriately.

Contact details
Advertising titles, descriptions and images must not include contact information such as your name, address (street, suburb, town), telephone numbers (landline or mobile) or email addresses.

HTML content
Advertisements must not contain any of the following:
Certain types of HTML and all scripting (eg JavaScript, XML, PHP, ASP etc)
Applets, forms, executable files or active content
Video, sound and animations
Direct links to downloadable files
Inputs from Microsoft Word or PowerPoint
Links to external CSS, storefronts or websites that offer services or goods for sale
Dynamic scripting languages (eg Flash, XML, CGI and PHP)

Pricing
You must include a price in the 'selling price' field. You must not include pricing information within advertising titles or descriptions. Prohibited items or activities
We ban the sale or advertising of certain items and illegal activities. Please contact us if you are uncertain about your item.
Offensive language
You must not use offensive language or profanities. We may withdraw or alter an advertisement that contains inappropriate language or information.

Third party intellectual property rights
Advertisements must not infringe third party intellectual property rights. Infringements include, but are not limited, to the following:
Copying and displaying a third party’s logo, product description, photo either from another seller’s advertisement or from any other source.
Listing and selling an imitation or copy of a brand name’s product.
Any alleged infringements of the intellectual property rights of a third party will result in the removal of the advertisement from the site.
References to third party organisations and websites
Sellers must not make reference to sales or advertising with third party organisations or websites that offer to trade, sell or purchase goods or services in competition with outside of the site

Prohibited payment methods
Seller must not communicate to buyers to mail cash or use payment methods that are cash transfer services.
Advertisements must not misrepresent items
The item must be described accurately and honestly in the advertisement.
Misrepresentation can include:
listing ads in inappropriate categories
entering keywords in the title or description that do not appropriately describe the item
identifying an inaccurate location of the item.

Intent to sell
Sellers must be prepared and willing to sell their item at the time of placing their advertisement. They must not advertise an item which is not intended to sell.

Displaying business details in advertisement
Sellers wishing to include business details in an advertisement should clearly identify their business by including details in the appropriate fields.  Sellers who do not select to display their advertisement as a business are prohibited from including references to their business in their advertising description.

Breaching these rules and policies
Breaching our Rules for Advertisers may result in cancellation, account suspension and the loss of fees on cancelled advertising.
