Aboard our fishing boat Outrigga 1, our professional crew will have you quickly fishing over some of the best local reefs and bombies. Our fishing and game charters cruise to some the best fishing on the Sunshine Coast from Caloundra to Noosa. Outrigga 1 uses the latest navigational and safety technology to ensure that we place you over the best fishing spots on the coast.
Our fishing vessel is equipped with a galley, lounge and toilet facilities and is one of the fastest and most comfortable vessels out of Mooloolaba.All our fishing trips include morning tea and non-alcoholic beverages. Our full day trips are catered to with an assortment of fresh sandwiches and a platter of prawns for the trip back to shore. All fishing trips and charters are subject to weather and numbers. Offshore Reef and Game Fishing Mooloolaba charters depart from Mooloolaba Yacht Club Marina, Parkyn Parade, The Spit at 5.30 am.
You are welcome to bring your own favourite rod and gear should you choose to.BYO own esky for your fresh fish to take home in.

Q. Can I Bring Alcahol Beverages along?
A. Yes BYO – Alcohol. Please note responsible drinking is a   requirement whilst on board.
 
Q. Can I bring my own rod?
A. We do supply you with a variety of rods on board however; you may bring your own rod if you wish.
All bait, rods & reels are provided for you.
 
Q. How far do we travel out?
A. ½ day trip – 9 -12 miles offshore
¾ day trip – 9 -12 miles offshore
9hr full day trip – 20 – 35 miles offshore
10hr full day trip – 20 – 35 miles offshore
 
Q. What do I bring with me?
A. Yourself and a Hat and don’t forget to Slip, Slop, Slap.
 
Q. How many people do you put on board?
A. The boat is in survey for up to 22 passengers however, we do only limit the boat to 14 – 16 passengers for comfort.
 
Q. How big is the boat?
A. 40 foot wide bodied Cougar Cat. Powered by twin 350hp Iveco’s.
 
Q. Do we get to keep what we catch on the day?
A. Yes. Anything you catch on the day the crew will clean, bag & ice your catch ready for you to take home.
 
Q. I have a child that would like to go fishing. Do you take children?
A. We do have a safety weight requirement for our lift vests. You must weigh 32kg or more.
Q. Where do you depart from?
A. Mooloolaba Marina. Approx 1km down the road from Underwater World on Parkyn Parade.
Ample parking provided.
 
Q. What happens if the trip is cancelled due to bad weather, do I still pay?
A. No you don’t pay anything. You have the choice to re-book for an alternative day if you wish.
